Christine N - how professional and well educated Irene is about her craft, I felt like i was learning to be a professional dancer and not just a social one, which was fab. And crikey, pro dancers must work hard cos my arms were hanging off. I believe it is good to get a deeper sense of how moves are created, rather than just going through the motions and hoping they look ok. I will continue to 'think my moves look ok', but at least now i know how im supposed to do them and can check my posture for correctness. also, if anyone asks i can say 'this is how'. Thank you Andy for this day, well worth it.
